West Stable, Grove – Near Retford

Nestled on a working cattle farm, West Stable is a charming converted stable offering a bright open-plan living space with reclaimed features, rural views, and a cosy wood burning stove. The property includes a modern kitchen, dining area for four, and a comfy lounge with leather sofas. Upstairs, you'll find a twin room with Velux window, a king-size bedroom with original stable archways, and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.

 

Step outside to enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco meal in the garden, surrounded by countryside views. Just a short walk away is our family-run farm shop, offering fresh, local produce and homemade treats. With direct access to footpaths across the farm—including routes to Castle Hill Wood and Retford—plus nearby fishing lakes and local attractions like Clumber Park and the Tropical Butterfly House, West Stable is the perfect base for a peaceful rural getaway.
